Arnold Ip

Arnold has over 30 years of experience in the corporate finance advisory and asset management fields.

His extensive repertoire of skills covers capital raising, private equity, REIT management, M&As (public and private), IPOs and secondary offerings. As executive chairman of a listed group, he is well-versed in commercial matters as both a principal and an advisor.

Arnold is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Jeanny Leung

Jeanny has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance advisory and commercial field in Greater China.

Throughout her career within the corporate finance realm, Jeanny garnered comprehensive expertise covering capital raising, M&As (public and private), and the entire range of equity market advisory activities including IPOs, secondary offerings and corporate advisory within the Greater China area.

Jeanny graduated from the University of Toronto in Canada with a degree of Bachelor of Science.

Sean Pey Chang

Sean has more than 20 years of experience in banking, corporate finance advisory and investment management.

Prior to joining Altus in 2000, Sean was in DBS Bank (Investment Banking) Singapore, specialising in fundraising activities in the equity capital markets.

Sean graduated from the National University of Singapore in Singapore  with a degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical).

Charlotte Khoo

Charlotte joined Altus in 2011. She has worked closely with senior executives based in Asia, spanning the Greater China area, South East Asia and Japan on matters such as capital raising, M&As (private and public) and restructuring. She is highly experienced in driving cross-border comprehensive due diligence efforts. 

Charlotte is a graduate of University College London, a certified public accountant and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

Melissa Tan

Melissa is widely regarded as a trustworthy, discreet, and effective problem solver and takes pride in being the first port of call for many business-owners, not-for-profits, and professional parties when problems arise. Melissa’s previous job experiences include The Guardian in London, Mergermarket (now known as Acuris) and I-OnAsia Limited before founding Headland Intelligence. 

Melissa was born and raised in Malaysia, holds a BBA from Simon Fraser University in Canada and speaks English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien.

David Norman

David has nearly four decades of experience in corporate law. His practice specialises in shareholder arrangements, corporate governance, M&As, equity capital markets and HKEx matters. David has served as expert witness in the Hong Kong and Canadian Courts and as a non- executive director of listed companies in Hong Kong. He is currently the Chairman of the Share Registrars’ Disciplinary Committee and a member of the Takeovers Panel of the SFC.

David is a graduate of the University of Oxford and a qualified solicitor in England and Wales (non practising) and Hong Kong.

John Dawson

John is a former Bloomberg TV Prime Time Anchor and feature writer who, after 20 years in journalism, transitioned to communications to leverage his frontline experience. He founded Acara Strategy in 2019 and advises on reputation & crisis management, developing communications and media strategies for C-suite, corporates and high-net-worth individuals. John is renowned for his record of landing world exclusives with global leaders, and for his coverage of the World Economic Forum in Davos, and the EU, IMF and OPEC meetings.

John graduated from the University of London with a BA (Hons) in English & Classics. He moved to Hong Kong in October 2010.
